When will the updates take place?
WorldWinner will be unavailable for maintenance and updates from approximately Midnight ET/9pm PT on Tuesday, February 13th and ending by Noon ET/9am PT February 14th.
Will I be able to access my account during the updates?
No. The website and App will be completely unavailable/inaccessible during the maintenance period.
Will I need to create a new account/password?
No. You will use the same login credentials as normal. Please note that all accounts will be required to log into their account after WorldWinner is back online.
Will I be still able to play the WorldWinner App on an Android device?
The Android version of the WorldWinner App is no longer available for use/download. Android users will need to access WorldWinner via our new, responsive website.
Will I need to update the WorldWinner App (iOS/Apple Users)?
Yes! iOS/Apple device users will need to update to the latest version of the WorldWinner App available in the App Store once the updates/maintenance window is over.
What happened to the Daily FreePlay and Premier Club FreePlay tournaments?
In preparation for the upcoming maintenance/updates, the Daily FreePlay and Premier Club FreePlay tournaments had to be temporarily disabled. These tournaments will return as soon as possible.
What if I run into issues accessing my account after the updates?
Players will be able to use the "Forgot Password?" link in the login screen to request a password reset. On the Login Screen/Window, simply click/tap "Forgot Password?", enter the email address associated with your account and click/tap Reset Password. An email should arrive within an hour with password reset instructions.
What web browsers can I use to play?
WorldWinner no longer supports Microsoft Edge (Legacy), Internet Explorer, Brave or Opera. We recommend that players download/use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome to enjoy WorldWinner games.
